On June 6 morning, the conference on the reform of "License Separation" in Foshan National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone was held in the hall of the Administrative Service Center. After the meeting, the first approved document and the letter of commitment were formally issued to people. This marks Foshan National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone as the city's only pilot-area to start the "License Separation" reform.
The term "License Separation" means that apart from the major public interests such as national security, public safety, ecological security and public health, the "certificates" under the permitted categories are separated. For those that can not be cancelled or are not suitable for a notification commitment system, the quasi-management should be further optimized and the supervision should be strengthened.
For Foshan, the reform will further optimize the business environment and deepen the reform of the commercial system, said Cai Guoxiong, a full-time deputy director of Foshan Administrative Reform Office.
"At a time when regional competition is so motivated, there is a greater need to focus on improving the overall business environment." Liu Taogen, director of the Management Committee of Foshan National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and deputy secretary of the CPC Nanhai District Committee said that it is necessary to carry out the reform of "License Separation" in Foshan according to the relevant requirements of provincial government. And it is also the main position of innovation in Foshan National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, which is of great significance for Foshan National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone to become the top 20 national high-tech zones.
